Saturday night, a crowd of ETSU students packed into the Martha Street Culp Auditorium to see comedian Anjelah Johnson perform. 

The comedy show, sponsored by Buctainment and the Diversity Events Committee, was the final event of the Giggles and Glee-themed weekend, which also included a scavenger hunt in the library, a movie night and fun fairs for students and for families.

If alcohol violations are any indication, TCU’s reputation as a party school continues to rise.

On campus alcohol violations rose 31 percent between 2011 and 2013, according to TCU police’s annual report released Wednesday. Alcohol violations in housing facilities rose 22 percent during the same time period.
